            This should give you all of the information that you need to prepare for camp. 

            This year, again, the forms are FILL-ABLE and EMAIL-ABLE (except the health form which you take to the doctor's office.  It requires original signatures from both you and the physician).   These are pdf (portable document format) files that should open on nearly every computer. 

            Older versions of Acrobat Reader may not save your filled in blanks.  You should download Adobe Acrobat Reader 8 if you have an older version.  It's free.  Check your version: Open Reader, click "Help: then "About Adobe Reader"  If you do not have version 8, click this icon to get the up-to-date version.  

            Just follow the steps below.  If you can't seem to get these, try a neighbor or a friend or call us and we will mail them to you.  Thanks!
 

  1. We need to know you got here.  Email us with your camper's whole name(s) so we can send
    your     Bumper stickers and Luggage Tags and we'll know you got your Parent Pack.
     

  2. Here are your 4 Necessary Forms.  You may fill-on-screen and send via email or print and mail OR you may print, fill-by-hand and mail them. (Neat, Huh?)  Click Here  and select "SAVE." Recommendation: Save them to your DESKTOP to make them easy to find.  Remember where you save them.

    (After the forms are open, you may save copies of the filled-out form for yourself.  If you have more than one child attending camp, you should copy and rename a form for each child.)
     

  3. Here is your Parent Handbook.  You may print the whole handbook or leave it on-line for future reference. CLICK HERE

    Please Please PLEASE...  There are hundreds of these we must process. 
    Help us by getting yours in as early as you can.  THE OFFICE NEEDS THEM TO PREPARE FOR YOUR CHILD.
